Even though the game offers a single player campaign, it was implemented solely for training purposes. Quick, multiplayer PvP duels, set on boards stylized after the actual miniature wargmes, are the key element of the game.

The game's mechanics are similar to those of the first installment, so it's still a hack and slash with RPG elements.
