Dr. Disrespect's Animated Gifts are Being Removed

Animated gifts presenting Dr. Disrespect disappeared from GIPHY. This is another puzzling situation in recent days related to the streamer, who was recently banned by Twitch.

The whole case raises more and more questions.

For the last few days, many players have been living the affair involving a streamer known as Dr. Disrespect, which has been permanently banned on Twitch. A ban in itself wouldn't be a surprise, but in this case it is one of the biggest stars of the platform. What's more, it's still unknown what was the reason for the decision. The whole situation has just become even weirder. It turns out that gifs with the Doctor started to disappear.

Users of GIPHY, which specializes in hosting animated images, have noticed that all the gifts with the streamer have disappeared. When using the search engine, "Dr. Disrespect" shows results with Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers film series.

GIPHY's administrators did not comment on the situation, so it is difficult to assess what is happening. However, this is not the only case of distancing from the streamer. The LIMO company removed Doctor's figure from its offer. Products related to him have also disappeared from Razer's shop, although the gadgets can still be bought on the Amazon.

All this makes the whole thing even more interesting. The Internet is buzzing with rumors about, what's actually going on. Some people say that the reason for the ban was the streamer's intention to move to an alternative streaming platform. According to this theory, Dr. Disrespect was supposed to try to recruit other popular artists to follow him. However, it is hard to imagine that such behavior would cause the deletion of animated gifs.

Other rumors suggest that it could be some kind of undisclosed harassment charges. However, GIPHY still hosts pictures of Bill Cosby, who is currently serving a rape sentence.

Dr. Disrespect himself claims that Twitch didn't inform him of the reason for the ban. So the whole thing is very mysterious and raises more and more questions. We hope that soon everything will be clear and we will know the truth about all the confusion.
