Refunding games on Steam
The process of refunding games on Steam is quite simple. If you want to get your money back for a game then you must meet the following conditions:
- You purchased the game directly on Steam;
- The total time spent in the game does not exceed 2 hours;
- You made the purchase no more than 14 days ago.

The refund process has the following steps:
- On the top bar, press the "help" tab;
- In the expanded menu, enter "Steam support."
- Select Wayfinder from the list of recent titles or from the "transactions" tab.

Lastly, you have to decide how you want to get the money. There are two options:
- The first is your Steam wallet. The funds will appear within a few hours.
