One player has ported Paint to Minecraft. Images created in the recreated app can be automatically turned into 3D objects.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • A player has ported Paint to Minecraft;
  • Images created in the app can be automatically turned into 3D structures;
  • The creator is already working on expanding the mechanism.

Some Minecraft players have impressed us with the ingenuity or scale of their projects for a long time. It doesn't matter if we're dealing with complex automated mechanisms or maps built over a decade. It takes an incredible amount of dedication and creativity to bring all these ideas to life. And, as you can see, apparently they never run out. Recently, one of the players came up with the idea to port the popular MS Paint to the game. However, just creating a simple graphics program in the game was not enough for the user.

Reddit user Minecraft_Unofficial published the result of his work, which caused a lively reaction from the rest of the community. He managed to create a working structure that resembles a simple graphics program. Drawing 2D images, however, is only part of its functionality. Just a few clicks and the machine will turn the created graphics into a 3D structure. We an, e.g. draw a hill and a primitive house, and after a few moments we will witness how it transforms into three-dimensional environment.

This unique 3D printer was created with the help of special blocks available only in creative mode. It also uses commands that change the width of individual blocks. For now, it is able to create only simple structures. The author himself admitted that at the moment it is quite easy to design a mechanism whose functionality is limited. He revealed in the comments, however, that he is already working on expanding the project. Perhaps in some time we will see a much more complex machine, through which you can easily create extensive structures. The creator also intends to share his work with other players. He says, however, that before he must make corrections in it, which will eliminate any bugs.
