Warcraft 3 Reforged With Big Update; Blizzard Fans Don't Give up Hope
Blizzard's official website has posted information about an upcoming patch that will soon be released for Warcraft III: Reforged. Fans of the game do not hide their joy.
Warcraft III: Reforged is a game that many would like to forget. The release of the refreshed game in 2020, turned out to be a judgment day for Blizzard, because the production that was supposed to be a glorious return of the legendary RTS, turned out to be an ordinary trash.
After a wave of criticism and crushing reviews (Reforged at one time had the lowest rating among all video games on Metacritic), it would seem that the developers would want to kill the unlucky project as soon as possible. Well, nothing could be further from the truth. Admittedly, after nearly three years since its debut, patches appear relatively infrequently, but it is nevertheless worth praising the developers for not abandoning their creation.
A good opportunity to express appreciation will be the appearance of the upcoming update to Warcraft III: Reforged. According to the game's official website, patch version 1.35.0 will enable the fans to (yes, it has fans) among other things, create or modify campaigns according to their needs.
In addition changes have finally reached the most critical aspects of the game, i.e. balance and technical problems (the full list of changes can be found here). These are not spectacular improvements, and one should not expect Reforged to suddenly become a flawless item in this regard, but it will certainly be a big step in the right direction.
At the time of writing this news, we do not yet know when the developers will honor us with an official version of the update, but according to the information contained in the note, during the Christmas period players will be able to try it out on a public test server..
