In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive (a file that is named SAVE05.SAV) to the directory that stores your savegames. You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, so you will unlock access to all levels, items and skills. The form will also have a maximum developed.
