Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile:
\Documents and Settings\ [the user] \Documents\FIFA 07 \
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, so you will be able to unlock access to all challenges, additional items, stadiums, hidden bonuses. You will also have the maximum number of points.
