Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile:
Heroes of the Pacific\Save\HOTPSAVE.DATES
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, so you will be able to unblock access to the following things: all campaigns and missions, Historical mode Mode, all 88 planes, 10 site multiplayer mode and 11 site Instant Action mode.
