In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive (file named settings.ini) to the directory where you installed the game. You'll probably need to make a backup copy of the file, so that it does not lose.
Now you can run the game. Load the campaign menu. Unlocked is access to all four of the campaign, which in total consist of 17 missions.
