Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1 while in the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys (numeric block!):
NUMPAD1 -100,000 raw materials
NUMPAD2 -100000 gold
NUMPAD3 -100000 points of technology
NUMPAD4 -removal of the limit of the population
