Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1, being at the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:
NUMPAD1 -invincibility
NUMPAD2 -unlimited use of the laser
NUMPAD3 -stopping the passage of time (only useful in certain games missions)
NUMPAD4 -points cheats
