Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1 while in the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:

NUMPAD1 -maximum power and speed in swimming competitions

NUMPAD2 -highest hoty competition jumps into the water

NUMPAD3 -maximum power and speed by passing the jump into the water

NUMPAD4 -maximum power when viewed

NUMPAD5 – maximum power and speed by running competitions

NUMPAD6 -maximum stamina in cycling competitions
