Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. While in the main menu, press F1, and then NUMPAD1. Now click on the CAREER, and then return to the previous menu.
Implementation of the actions described above will provide you with unlimited funds for the purchase of vehicles. Some of the cars to continue you will need to unlock, advancing to higher levels of career mode.
