This is a Java applet that needs to work together with the game. When you start the game, use the ALT + TAB and switch to the Windows run trainer, set what you need then using the same keys back to the game.
F9 -restores the normal settings
F10 -freezes the target
F11 -unlimited ammo
F12 -unlimited health
Do not close the trainer until you close the game.
