Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 – infinite amount of cash
F2 -unlimited amount of Ammo
F3 -the maximum value of the health bar
F4 -promoted to level 50
F5 -infinite number of grenades
F6 -indestructible shield
F7 -infinite number of skill points
F8 -indestructible vehicles + unlimited nitro
