Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and settings\yourusername \Local Settings\Application aplikacji\Rockstar Games\Manhunt 2
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and select the continuation, by obtaining in this way access to all levels.
