Improvements and fixes
· Fixed "negative prestige" issue: Undo did not return prestige spent on buying units and steps after such actions were undone.
· Fixed game to crash causes by adding a unit from the force pool, and then undoing that action.
· Undo disabled in tutorial (causes errors and sometimes crashes, not really needed)
