Uplink OS GOG is a mod for Uplink: Trust is a Weakness, created by Cpt.McBacon.
Description:
Uplink OS is a total graphical modification for 2001's Indie cult hit Uplink: Trust is a Weakness by Introversion Software. It aims to bring a fresh look to the game's cyberpunk Visual and a much needed upgrade to its interface and usability.
This version of the mod works only with the edition of the game from GOG.com. For Steam one check Uplink OS Steam.
Instructions:
1. After downloading the corresponding version of the Mod, unzip it into a place of your choice.
2. Go to Uplink's installation folder
C:\GOG Games\Uplink
a. Copy the contents of the Mod's zip file into this folder.
b. Go to the "users" folder.
c. Back-up & move/delete all the files here (saves are not
compatible, unfortunately).
3. Now just run UplinkOS.exe and your ready to start
hacking!
