Ostfront Barbarossa is an unofficial extension of the popular real time strategy Blitzkrieg, which prepared the British company Active Gaming. The add-in is fully compatible with both the original production, and from her first commercial add-onem (Burning Horizon).
The product offers players an entirely new single-player campaign associated with the German invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941. In total, have been made available to 11 new scenarios based on historical realities and several levels representing the alternative front, events. Starting with the rank of Lieutenant, then playing the next levels of military career (decorations and promotions for achievement).
