Significantly increase damage taken based on your level. If you found higher levels too easy, this is for you. Veterans probably won't be challenged at that much, but it will keep you on your guard at least.

even Survival felt too easy at higher levels, try this mod. The mod significantly increases the damage enemies deal to you. It has no impact below level 15 but after that things slowly ramp up and things get very deadly after 35 to balance out the OP perks.

The formula used to calculate damage taken after level 35 is posted in a screenshot. Formulas used below 35 are weaker. For comparison, at level 200 you will take 9 times more damage from all enemies (or 900% increase) while at level 15 only 15% more and at level 50 300% more.

Companions however do not take increased damage and enemies do not gain any extra resistances or better loot.

A few bullets won't kill you, but an explosive probably will. You also won't be able to just soak up hundreds of bullets in a short time frame. Veterans will likely still manage but will have to be on their guard even at higher levels.

Can be combined with Survival or an easier difficulty. It's not a standalone difficulty separate from Survival and you don't need to eat or sleep if you play it on Very Hard or lower.

One more thing, if you get tired of it, it can be disabled by typing "set zzDracarys to 1". Zero to switch back.
