Activating this trainer
Press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Notes
Unlimited Health: Toggle on to try and refill Health back to full when you move.
Unlimited Stamina: Toggle on to try and refill Stamina back to full when you move.
No Exhaustion: Toggle on to try and remove exhaustion and lesser health and stamina due to the passage of time.
No Damage: This is best when you have AI of animals off and are trying to move quickly, and used to avoid fall damage that can instantly kill you. If this is on while there is scripted animal deaths, the game may freeze. If this happens save, then re load into the game.
Fast Heal Most Wounds: Toggle on and when you move about most wounds that CAN heal WILL heal very quickly.
No Hunger: Toggle on and hunger quickly becomes no issue while moving about.
No Thirst: Toggle on and thirst quickly becomes no issue while moving about.
No Sleep: Toggle on and lack of sleep quickly becomes no issue while moving about.
AI Ignore Player: Toggle on and most animals will ignore you. Best used to avoid being attacked by certain animals. Some animals are instant death if they attack and connect with an attack.
Always Daylight: Toggle on and it's always daylight.
Game Speed: Toggle on to speed up the game.
Unlimted Neuron Energy: Toggle on and when you use it you have plenty.
Easy Allow Generation Changes: Toggle on for effect to allow at any time.
Unlimted Legacy Reinforcement Points: Toggle on and when you use it you have plenty.

Mute Hotkeys
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well. You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
VR Mode
- HTC Vive
Click on the VR MODE button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the MENU button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the DESKTOP button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.
- Oculus Rift
As of now the oculus has no unique input device and uses keyboard or xbox controller. Both are support by the trainer already.
