More Hostile Gangs is a mod for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, created by CookiePLMonster.
Description
If you have played Taxi missions in San Andreas, you may remember that enemy gang members would sometimes approach your vehicle and start damaging it. For some unknown reasons, R* decided to limit that nice feature to work only during missions. This simple script allows this feature to happen anytime.
Now better watch out where you're pulling over to get yourself a pack of cookies, or you may end having your car trashed when you're back! :P
Instructions:
This mod is compatible with the CLEO 3/4 Libraries found here:
http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/
Put CLEO folder (with all its content) in your game directory.
