Cybernetic Upgrades is a mod for  Terra Invicta, created by JinSrn.

Description:

This is a completely modular mod that adds a couple of cybernetic implants to your arsenal of councilor cyborgisation tools. You can mix and match these as you want.

1. Cybernetic Upgrades Basemod - this is required for any of the implants to work. It enables an engineering project called "Advanced Cybernetic Implants" that will be unlocked after your faction researched "Cybernetic Implants". This research unlocks the implants below.
2. Deep Learning AI - This reduces councilor augmentation cost by 50%. Attention: This stacks with any trait that also reduces augmentation cost.
3. Expert AI - This adds +5 to each of the councilors stats
4. Advanced Loyalty Monitor: Upgrades the vanilla Loyalty Monitor, the advanced version does not reduce loyalty anymore but increases it slightly by +1.
5. Operations AI: Adds these missions: "Unrest", "Propaganda", "Stabilize", "Advise", DefendInterests, "InvestigateAlienActivity" and "AssaultAlienAsset" to the councilor. Why these? These are typically the ones each councilor should have to bunch up for concentrated power operations in a single country.
6. Subterfuge AI: Adds +3 Investigation bonus when detecting other councilors and +3 Espionage bonus when being detected by other councilors.

And activate in mod manager. The project has modular structure. You always need CyberneticUpgradesBase activated, but the rest you can freeely choose which to enable.
