RE 4 Save Editor is a tool for Resident Evil 4 (the original one, not the remake), created by Dr. Emuler and Maver1ck.
Description:
Just as the title says, this is an application that allows you to edit saves. We can change a character's stats, appearance or items.
The tool only works in Spanish, but it has only a few options, so you just need to translate it in Google translate or some dictionary.
Instructions:
Extract to the folder with the game and run the .exe file.
