Run the trainer, and then turn on the game. During the struggle, you can now use the following keys:
Shift + 1 -sets the Sex Gauge to 0
Shift + 2 -sets the Stress Level to 0
Shift + 3 -sets the Violence Level to 0
Shift + 4 -get money
Shift + 5 -sets the Conscience to 0
