Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1, being at the main menu of the game. Now go back to the game. You will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:

NUMPAD4 -regeneration of strips of economics for the selected city (select the button of Economics)

NUMPAD5 – instant putting selected buildings

NUMPAD7 -rapid recruitment of affiliates
