Ultimate Map Pack 3 is a mod for Aliens vs. Predator 2, created by AVPUNKNOWN.

Description:

A pack of over 500 user maps for multiplayer.

INFO:

The mappack contains third-party AvP2 community levels intended for multiplayer game matches. The levels have been created over the years since the AvP2 and its tools were released in 2001. The ultimate mappack was intended to combine all the functional published AvP2 community custom multiplayer levels into one mappack. The mappack makes it easier for players to play in multiplayer game matches without needing to worry about whether they've have the same levels as the server or other players.

All the mappacks listed below have been incorporated into this mappack, thereby making these mappacks not necessary if "Ultimate Mappack 3" is installed.

Instructions:

1. Extract the "UMP3" folder out of the "Ultimate Mappack 3.7z" file with file extraction software.

2. Place the "UMP3" folder in your AvP 2 game folder.

- (the default is "C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens vs. Predator 2" for AvP2)

- (the default is "C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens versus Predator 2 - Primal Hunt" for AvP2: Primal Hunt)

3. Start the game.

4. In the Game Launcher's Main Menu select: "Options".

5. Enter (copy and paste, if you like) into the "Command-Line" field: -rez UMP3

6. Check the box marked "Always specify these command-line parameters" to always load the mappack.

7. To return to the Game Launcher's Main Menu click: "Ok".

8. In the Game Launcher's Main Menu select: "Play".

9. If you see the UMP3 splash screen appear then the mappack has been installed.

Attention!: the official multiplayer system doesn’t work anymore. Use Master Server Patch instead.
