This plugin will center the HUD.

The game supports widescreen, but when using it Predator’s HUD has one flaw - the lock-on reticule is stretched, and becomes misaligned the farther it is from the screen's center. It doesn't really affect gameplay - your weapons will hit their mark anyway, but it is a blemish and this tool fixes it.

Instructions:

Extract and run „Widescreen Fixer.exe”. In „Select Game” choose Aliens vs Predator Classic 2000. Then in settings tab configure the keyboard shortcut for activating the fix . It’s ALT, CTRL or SHIFT + one key you select by clicking on the empty section on the bottom right and pressing that they.

Then run the game and use that shortcut. You can then minimize the game and go back to Widescreen Fixer. Look at “Main” tab, there will see if the fix has been applied.
