Description:
This fix just stops the start up intro logos at the startup of the game nothing more nothing less
To install:
Backup your orignal Default.ini in your BioShock\Builds\Release folder
rename it to Default.ini.old then copy the new Default.ini file into
your BioShock\Builds\Release folder
