Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following keys:
Num 0 - Unlimited Health
Num 1 - Unlimited Shields
Num 2 - Freeze Ammo, Throwables
Num 3 - No Reload
