The amendment system designed to play Chaser. This patch fixes several consecutive errors related to the incorrect playback of sound and suspension of a game server on some maps (Forest Camp, Old Harbor). It also adds a new dedicated multiplayer map "Rotation", and new commands for dedicated server.
