Description (in authors’ own words):
A sequel to RA2/YR: Nod's Revenge imagines the original Command & Conquer (Tiberian Dawn) as taking place in an environment not long after Yuri's defeat..
Features:
-A partial conversion of units and technologies that re-introduces GDI vs. NOD and reunites the storyline of RedAlert with C&C 95 (TIBERIAN DAWN).
-A fresh GDI vs. NOD multiplayer experience that feels like Yuri's Revenge, but builds upon the core gameplay, pace, and graphical scales to draw you into the larger Command & Conquer story.
-TONS OF NEW/CLASSIC TIBERIAN UNIVERSE units. Updated graphics for many old-fashioned units from Tiberian Dawn including C&C Renegade designs/concepts (GDI Soldiers, Humvee, Mammoth Tank, Orca, MLRS, APC, Flame Tank, StealthTank, Nod Soldiers, Bradly Light Tank, Nod Artillery) and high tech units/prototypes from Tiberian Sun (Orca Bomber, Prototype Wolverine/Titan, Hover MLRS, Subterranean APC, Banshee, etc...)
-MORE AGGRESSIVE A.I. utilizes new units, quicker attacks and larger forces.
-UPDATED STRUCTURE/UNIT GRAPHICS. Nod's Revenge strives for a fresh experience that is true to both RA2 and the larger C&C storyline without creating graphical confusion. Updates help keep the visual heart of Yuri's Revenge but suggest forward to (and often draw directly from) C&C95 and Tiberian Sun. Unit updates to classic YR units include larger tank sizes and details (Rhino tank/Apocalypse tank, Prism tank, Mirage tank, Grizzly tank, etc...).
-Added RETRO SOUND FX, voices and interface sounds from Tiberian Sun, and additional voices and sound effects from C&C95, Generals and C&C3 (without removing most of the great voices/sound effects we all know from classic RA2/YR).
-The CLEANEST RETRO C&C MOD available, with: --Death sounds and voices altered/limited--, --Flame Death, Radiation/Chemical Death and other animations redrawn/made shorter/more "cartoony" (no more guys running in circles on fire)--
-A HASSLE FREE mod experience launched from a single file without breaking/overwriting original RA2/Yuri's Revenge.
Note: The first release of this mod is a skirmish/multiplayer-only enhancement, and will not overwrite the normal YR missions with an original campaign. If we can expand our team after the Fall 2015 release, a Nod's Revenge campaign based on Tiberian Dawn would be an exciting possibility.
Instructions:
In this archive you will find two versions – one for boxed version of the game and other for Origin one. Extract the archive, pick the correct version for your game, copy the contents of that folder into game’s folder and run mod’s .exe.
