Instructions:
First of all put the csoo folder into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive folder, and then put CSOO Launcher.lnk into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive folder OR Go to your steam application and add these strings: -game CSOO -noworkshop.
