Adds new NPCs to the player spawn in Conton, offering shortcuts to various game functions.
They offer the following:

Tokipedia (if DLC has been bought)
Summon Shenron (does not need all Dragon Balls)

Unlock Potential
Adjust Main Mission progress Not yet implemented
Unlock potential unlocks lvl99 in one go and can be used to circumvent bugs in Gurus missions.
