Increases the effect of system improvements on gameplay, by providing more resources and new functions. Makes system economies much more dynamic and versatile right from the start of the game. Adds 3 new planetary improvements: Approval, Hero Boost, Military.

This mod increases the effect of system improvements on gameplay, by providing more resources and new functions.

Makes system economies much more dynamic and versatile right from the start of the game.

Unlocks all level 1 planetary improvements at game start (except for strategic resource boost).

Added 3rd level to standard improvements.

Raised income of standard improvements:

- Food, Industry, Dust and Science : improvement level * (10 per Population + 10 per Population on planet type)

- Influence: improvement level * 5 per Population

- Strategic resources: 2 and 4

Added 3 new planetary improvements:

- Diplomatic (1 level): +10 system happiness, +2 dust per pop, +2 influence per pop

- Academic (1 level): +5 Hero XP per turn, +2FIDSI

- Military (3 levels): +(level * 100) system defense, +(level * 10%) food to manpower conversion

These new improvements are also available from the start.

The military improvement is upgraded with the tank and plane unlock technologies.

Instructions:
