Unpack the archive contents, run the trainer and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F11+1: Enable resource change
F11+2: Resource points+50000
F11+3: Max Resource Points
F11+4: Enable money modification
F11+5: Money+50000
F11+6: Max Money
F11+7: Enemy slows down gradually
F11+8: Super Speed
F11+9: Slow down
