Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F3 -$ 10,000
F4 -infinite number of syringes
F5 -infinite number of skill points
F6 and F7 -no variation in fire
F8 -indestructible armor
F9 -infinite ammunition
