The relevant Patch were included for "Polish FIFA Patch", intended for the FIFA 2002. List of changes:

liga-lineups, tactics, strategies, the appearance of the numbers on the players ' shirts-status on April 15-16 teams and leagues and two of II (Lech Poznan and Orlen Plock);
the location of the textual game;
original costumes with sponsors on the shirt for the top flight (and four referee);
five Polish stadiums: Legion, Widzew, GKS-u, Miner's and Amici;
overlay TV channel-Canal;
new backgrounds for menus adding entire additional specific Polish climate;
the second Polish League-these are the teams that advance to the League and the game of the season. Contains four teams: the dawn of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, GKS Belchatów, Szczakowianka Jaworzno, Gornik Leczna.;
26 band advertising, in various combinations, which appear in the Polish League matches;
the most important transfers in other foreign teams (and, inter alia, added missing representation of Senegal, etc.)-based newspaper "football";
