Grouch/Rocko’s Quest Low Framerate Fix is a mod for Grouch, created by Garrett.
Description:
This fix corrects low frame rate issues in Grouch/Rocko's Quest when running in fullscreen mode on Windows 8 and later.
Instructions:
Extract anywhere and run install.bat to apply the fix.
NOTE: This fix breaks the opening/ending FMV videos (the videos can be watched outside the game).
This fix works by applying the following compatibility fixes to Grouch.exe and Rocko.exe:
DXPrimaryEmulation -DisableMaxWindowedMode (fixes frame rate isssues)
