ADDING SERVER TO YOUR COUNTER STRIKE 1.6
Server in CS 1.6 is important because CS 1.6 is playable in Multiplayer, although you can still play it single player with bot.
Tutorial:
Find the server that matches your country here Gametracker.com or on another source.
Copy the IP Address of server you selected.
Open CS 1.6.
Click "FIND SERVERS".
Click "Favorites".
Click "Add a Server".
Paste it.
Click "Add this address to favorites".
Double click on the server.
Play it and enjoy!
