Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and settings\yourusername \Local Settings\Application aplikacji\Electronic Arts\Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince\HPHBP0
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile, so you get access to all sites, and your account will be a large number of emblems.
