Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores mods for the game Hearts of Iron III. You can activate the mod called Cheat.
Start the game, select any game mode and the LOWEST level of difficulty (Very Easy). Using this mod will provide you with, among other things, the rapid recruitment units, instant development of new technologies and a lot of raw materials.
Note: The cheats and tricks listed above may not necessarily work with your copy of the game. This is due to the fact that they generally work with a specific version of the game and after updating it or choosing another language they may (although do not have to) stop working or even malfunction.
