BepInEX is a mod for Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era.
Description:
BepInEx is an open-source tool that serves as a plugin loader (patcher) and a platform for modifying games created using the Unity engine or the .NET Framework.
In practice, it is simply a package that extends the game’s modification capabilities, which is why it is required by most of the more ambitious mods for Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era.
Instructions:
Extract the archive to the game folder, where the game’s .exe file is located .
Launch the game once so BepInEx can initialize and generate IL2CPP interop files on first run
Most mods that use BepInEx are installed by placing the mod’s .dll and .json files in the “….\BepInEx\plugins” folder within the game’s installation directory. If there is no “plugins” folder in that location, you’ll need to create one yourself.
