Unzip the contents of the archive file (called user0. log) to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and Settings\user [username] \Application Data\Hoyle Casino
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile (named SEEING PWZ) so you will unlock access to all the tournaments and you will get 269 million dollars.
