Instructions:
Download the archive
Unpack the files to the game folder.
In the game options or setup utility, make sure to select the 16:9 aspect ratio.
Preferably enable Sharpen as well, otherwise the game resolution is too low.
Tested on the latest Steam version primarily at 2560x1080, 3440x1440, 5120x1440, and 5760x1080.
