Unpack the archive, run the trainer, and then play the game. During the game you can use the following keys:
Num 1 - Immortality
Num 2 - Infinite ammunition
Num 3 - Deactivate the need for reloading
Num 4 - Weapons do not overheat
Num 5 - Maximum gas mask timer
Num 6 - Maximum filter timer
Num 7 - Infinite medicines
Num 8 - Infinite throwing objects
Num 9 - Slow motion
Num 0 - one hit kills
