ESRGAN Upscale Pack is a mod for Myth II: Soulblighter, created by Akven.

Derscription:

Upscaled by 4x times world textures for the Myth II: Soulblighter and The Fallen Levels mod (The campaign from the first game Myth: The Fallen Lords, ported to Myth II engine).

This is all the world textures from the Myth II: Soulblighter game and The Fallen Levels plugin, upscaled using ESRGAN neural network. Textures were upscaled and converted back to paletted 256-colors images using ingame.

Instructions:

In order for this Upscale Pack to work you need to:

1. Install latest unofficial patch for the game from Project Magma
2. (Optional) Install Detail Texture Megapack, special set of HD textures for terrain. Terrain textures and ESRGAN Pack do not intersect, they upscale different set of files.
3. (Optional) Install higher resolution cinematics for Myth II
4. (If you want to play Myth 1 campaign) Install The Fallen Levels v2
5. (For Myth 1 campaign) Install higher resolution cinematics for Myth 1
6. Unpack content of the ESRGAN Upscale Pack to Myth II game folder
