The mod acts as an unofficial remaster. It significantly improves all textures and shaders.

FEATURES:

1. Better textures: This pack takes the original textures and runs them through a multi-pass enhancement pipeline to deliver a grittier, ultra-realistic look with soft HDR toning. Expect sharper details, richer contrast, and more defined surface features, all while preserving the original resolution and any transparency/alpha channels. The result is a cleaner, more cinematic image with fewer compression artifacts and a stronger sense of depth—without introducing ugly halos or breaking the original art style.
2. Shaders: This pack replaces the vanilla Nation Red shaders (DirectX 9.0c / SM2.0) with a detail-focused, visually richer variant while staying within the game’s original rendering constraints. All original techniques remain; quality, clarity, and contrast are improved.
