Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My documents
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the profile of the player, so you get access to all vehicle models.
