Fixes the LOD/Pop-in issues

All long and medium distance LODs have been replaced with high-poly models (taken from near LOD models). This removes the popping of trees and grass, and also makes the loading of buildings more seamless.

Due to the engine and the initial design of levels, some of the furthest low-poly models are always visible, as well as some buildings which have been configured to be visible at extremely close distances (WIP).

ATTENTION!!!!! THIS IS NOT A PERFORMANCE FIX, BUT A VISUAL IMPROVEMENT MOD. IN REALITY IT CAN ACTUALLY DROP FPS ON LOW-END SYSTEMS OR SLOW HDDs.

ABOUT FAR AND TEXTURE MODS:

From my side there aren't any incompatibility issues. I have patched the IN-GAME archives that operate in the /data/ folder. FAR operates from root directory and textures mods are copied within root as well. THUS 0 OF THESE FILES ARE OVERWRITTEN.

FAR is an injector and doesn't touch the base-game assets. People who claim that "FAR and texture mods must be installed after LOD " are incorrect.

It's just like the problem of 3+1+2=6 instead of 1+2+3=6; there aren't any differences in the results. If you manage to break the game in some way; re-install, download the patched version of the mod and use the latest version of FAR.

Instructions:

1) Optionally, backup your data folder.

2) Drag and drop/unpack into your "/NieRAutomata/data/" directory - confirm any overwrite existing files request.

3) To uninstall the mod either; reinstall your game/verify game files through Steam/restore backup files.

Attention: For the installation of this mod, you need approximately 10(+6 for unpacked version) gigabytes of free space.
